What Is Online Coaching?

Utilising the simple technology of a shared app you can train with me in a convenient, responsive and flexible way.  I will provide you with an easy to follow, continually updated monthly plan that takes the guess work out of what you should be doing and give you the encouragement you need to see the results.

My Fitness For Boardsports online coaching will give you the determination, motivation and confidence to reach your fitness targets in the quickest possible time.

Your app will hold your calendar of workouts, my instructional videos (over 300 and counting), your goals, nutrition guidelines, metrics (your trackable results for your lifts, cardio and body measurements) and the messaging centre where you can message me and upload videos of your training for me to watch and critique.

Every workout will be planned for you along with demo videos and descriptions of every exercise and stretch to ensure the movements are done safely and correctly.

My monthly personal training plans are different to the one-size-fits all programmes that you can find and download on the internet. There is nothing inherently wrong with these plans but there are big differences between them and actually having your own online coach.

My online personal training:

     is tailored to you and specific to your needs

     takes into account your aims, fitness and mobility

     is progressively updated depending on your results

I only work with a very small number of clients at any one time. This ensures I can provide each person with the level of attention they deserve. I will be there to support and encourage you via email, messaging, videos and phone calls. Having that accountability with your own online coach will keep you on track, keep you progressing and ultimately help you feel much fitter, stronger and more flexible the next time you are on your board.
